Vitamin D is both phosphate and calcium regulator. High phosphate is toxic to nephrons, other tissues. This makes phosphate a major pro-aging factor. High protein diets mean high phosphate. High phosphate is challenging for aging kidney.

Plasma/serum B12: above 221 (pmol/L);

Pumpkin seed oil has high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and tocopherols. It apparently accelerates skin wound healing and has some other health benefits. But the content of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, 18:3n-3) in pumpkin seed oil is low, around 0.2-0.3%.
In this article, we provide a short description of Epstein-Barr virus which is based on a recent review by Stanfield and Luftig, 2017 (2). We also cite and discuss high prevalence of active forms of Epstein-Barr virus observed in COVID-19 patients. The prevalence reported in COVID-19 patients in Moscow area and in critically ill COVID-19 patients in Austira was around 80%. Reactivation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection by SARS-CoV-2 is a probable explanation.
Beltzig et al., 2021 (1), add another study to the mountain of already existing literature that proclaims curcumin safe. There is a useful takeaway, however. Indeed, the results obtained by Beltzig et al., 2021 (1), indicate that curcumin alone is not senolytic even at high, cyto- and genotoxic doses.
