What we do.

We practice a research-based approach to solving health problems. Our team-members, medical doctors and researchers in health, work on cases in close collaboration. Practical understanding of physiology is a tool we use a lot.
We like solving complex problems. We like to learn. We like helping people.
We help our consulting clients to set the right goals in achieving optimal health and longevity.

We collaborate with medical practitioners in different geographical locations.

We test medical doctors and other medical practitioners with specifically designed short tests. We also evaluate medical practitioners based on their online presence.

How our consultations are organized.

Currently, our consultations are in a written form.
People interested in a consultation with us are invited to write us an email with a brief description of the problem they would like us to help with. We will review the message, we will ask additional questions and ask for past laboratory tests of the consulting client. After this, we will do a preliminary written evaluation and, usually, provide some useful advice to the consulting client. At that point, if there is a mutual interest to work further, we will propose a protocol and will ask to pay a fixed fee.
The fee is “per case”. We do not limit the number of emails or the time of follow-up. The goal is to solve the case.

Another option is a shorter “express” consultation. In an express consultation, we review past laboratory tests of our consulting clients. Our goal to identify possible issues that require attention. We prepare a report and give some general recommendations without going into detailed protocols. Following our report, we can answer questions of our consulting clients and further discuss different issues over email.
The fee for an express consultation is lower and its duration is limited to two weeks from the moment a consulting client receives our report on his or her past laboratory tests.

Another option is a research project. In a research project, we do an extensive review of the published literature on a specific subject that interests our consulting client. For a research project, we charge an hourly rate.

We also do donation-based or sponsored consultations. These are intended for people who do well in our Tests of Physiological Literacy. Find a couple of “Tests of Physiological Literacy” on the subjects that interest you on our websites, answer them and send your answers to us.

Our longer-term goal is to become advisers in health and longevity to a select group of normal good people, who, like ourselves, use and value common sense and logic.

Debunking Valter Longo: Valter Longo is catastrophically wrong during a Ted Talk in 2016 when he says that the organs of the skeletal-looking man on the photo shrank by 50% and then grew back to a normal size during refeeding. Where we are located.

At this time, our consultancy is entirely online. We collaborate with researchers and medical practitioners in many geographical locations and are looking for associates in any geographical location.

Our founders are Ukrainians, currently living and working in the beautiful city of Lviv in Ukraine.
